Over 65 Flu Clinic Patient Information

Please phone reception on 0115 883 2626 to book an Over 65 Flu Vaccine

Ad hoc clinics during the week are available

You must be 65 years or older to have the Flu vaccination

Do not come to the clinic if you are ill or have a temperature.

You must wear a face covering to protect yourself and the other patients

Only arrive at  reception  no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time, not before or you will have to wait outside

Unless you need, physical or mental support then please come to the Practice alone. If you have to be brought by someone, then please ask them to wait outside the building.  In asking you to do this we are trying to limit the number of people in the building

If you are over 65 you can have the flu vaccine annually. In addition you will be offered the pneumonia and shingle vaccines – if you have not had them before and fulfil the age requirements

Please ensure that you remove your outer clothes on entry to the building and make your arm available

Please be assured we will clean down in between patients to keep you safe and well
